Communications Officer (After the Single Use)

The University of Edinburgh
£29,179 - £33,482
Part time

The Opportunity:

You will create informative and engaging content for print and digital channels including copy for the project website and newsletter, social media content, graphics and promotional material for events to engage project partners, collaborators, and stakeholders.

The project, After the Single Use, is a bold ethnographic, historical and art cooperative across eight nations which asks: how did we get here, and what would it take to return (or transform) health care to a circular economy of reuse instead of a linear economy of waste and discard?

This post is fixed-term, available from now until 31 August 2029.

This post is part-time for 7 hours per week.  We are open to considering requests for hybrid working (on a non-contractual basis) that combines a mix of remote (within the UK) and regular on-campus working.

The salary for this post is at Grade UE05: £29,179 to £33,482 per annum pro-rata as part-time.
