- Lead on a comprehensive clerical, administrative and secretarial support service to support the Commissioning Team function.
- Responsible for organising meetings, preparing papers, taking minutes and progressing actions to ensure the objectives of the team are met.
- Provide support for a range of tasks within the Commissioning Team such as managing the Referral Management process, validation of waiting lists, invoices, Integrated Quality and Performance Framework (IQPF) processes, Individual Patient Funding Requests (IPFR), Prior Approval Requests, Third Sector and other Healthcare agreements.
- Establish strong links with colleagues across the Health Board and with those providing services to patients both in and outside Powys.
