Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Commercial Property Negotiator to join our dynamic team and help drive success in our commercial property division.
The Role:
As a Commercial Property Negotiator, you will be responsible for managing sales and lettings of commercial properties, building strong client relationships, and generating new business opportunities. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for the commercial property sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a portfolio of commercial properties for sale and lease
- Conduct property valuations, market appraisals, and arrange viewings
- Negotiate sales and lettings agreements with landlords, tenants, and investors
- Proactively generate new business and build strong client relationships
- Advise clients on market trends, rental values, and investment opportunities
- Ensure compliance with all relevant property laws and regulations
- Assist with property marketing, listings, and promotional activities
Requirements:
- Experience in commercial property sales or lettings (preferred but not essential)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- A proactive and sales-driven mindset with a passion for business development
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Knowledge of the commercial property market
- Full UK driving license and own transport (if required)
