Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Commercial Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in commercial plumbing, demonstrating proficiency in various techniques and tools essential for the role. This position involves working on a variety of projects, ensuring that all plumbing systems are installed, maintained, and repaired to the highest standards. This job includes working on a variety of jobs from full sites doing all aspects of plumbing and heating to smaller jobs in retail sectors doing plumbing, hot water systems and full boiler rooms + more. Applicants must have a good knowledge of commercial plumbing and commercial heating systems and experience of working on commercial plumbing jobs. Our work is national so applicants must be willing to work away, hotels are provided by ourselves.
Applicants must have a driver's license (preferably clean) and be able to drive work vans.
Applicants must have own hand and power tools to be able to do the job, more expensive tools like crimpers will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial settings.
- Utilise hand tools, power tools to complete plumbing tasks effectively.
- Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Assemble and install piping systems, fixtures, and appliances according to specifications.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople on-site to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing heavy lifting and working in various environments.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Plumber or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively.
- Familiarity with basic maths for measurements and calculations related to plumbing tasks.

Pay is hourly, £20-£24 an hour depending on experience. Hours will vary depending on job and can vary from 40-60+ hours a week.
Payment is monthly, payment is on the 15th of each month.
