Role Description
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, emailing, printing to assist commercial and procurement team.
- Preparation of monthly applications for review & issuing
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
- Update pricing data bases on excel
- Assist in the ordering and estimating process
- Update and maintain price libraries and trackers on Microsoft excel
- Processing of subcontractor payments
About You
- Proven experience as an administrator or administrative assistant in construction or commercial environment
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word Docs, Excel Sheets, Outlook)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Other Information
This role is based in our Northampton head office, with free on-site parking and easy access to the A43 and M1. You will be supporting our surveyors and working closely with our site teams.
The salary is negotiable depending on experience, please indicate your desired salary range in your covering letter.
