Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cocktail Bar AM to join our iconic town centre bar team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while crafting a variety of cocktails and beverages. Your passion for hospitality and attention to detail will ensure that every customer has a memorable experience at our establishment.

Duties
- Prepare and serve a diverse range of cocktails and beverages in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored after use.
- Engage with customers, taking orders efficiently and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
- Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and assist in ordering stock as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene throughout the bar area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring all sales are recorded properly.
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality, with previous bartending experience preferred.
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively while maintaining quality service.
- Basic maths skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
- Ability to work well in a team environment, supporting colleagues as needed.
- A friendly and approachable demeanour, with a genuine desire to help guests enjoy their experience.
