**Job Overview:**
We are seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing Personal Trainer Coach to join our team. You will lead small group training sessions with up to 10 participants, fostering a motivating atmosphere that encourages clients to achieve their fitness goals. While prior experience is not required, a training qualification is essential. We will provide comprehensive training to help you develop your skills.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct engaging and effective small group training sessions.
- Create personalized fitness plans and monitor participant progress.
- Provide motivation, support, and feedback to clients.
- Develop a strong rapport with clients, fostering a positive training environment.
- Maintain a clean and safe training space.
- Attend team meetings and training sessions as required.
**Qualifications:**
- Relevant training qualification (e.g., Level 2 and 3 Gym Instructor or equivalent).
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships with clients and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- A passion for fitness and helping others.
