Hourly Rate: Up to £20.00 (depending on experience)

We’re a specialist precision engineering business producing high-quality turned components for a variety of industries. As part of our ongoing growth, we’re looking for a skilled CNC Turner Programmer with strong experience using Mazatrol controls to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Program, set, and operate CNC lathes with Mazatrol controls
- Manufacture precision components to detailed engineering specifications
- Optimise and refine existing programs for efficiency and quality improvements
- Perform in-process inspections using standard measuring tools
- Manage jobs from programming through to final production independently
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a CNC Turner Programmer using Mazatrol systems
- Ability to accurately read and interpret technical and engineering drawings
- Strong problem-solving and fault-finding abilities
- Experience working with a variety of materials and batch sizes
- Sound understanding of tooling and machining best practices
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
