We are seeking a skilled CNC Turner Setter/Programmer for our precision engineering team in Waterlooville to set, operate and program Fanuc-controlled turning lathes, produce precision components from engineering drawings, maintain quality standards, perform first-off inspections and adjust programs as needed, optimize machining processes and maintain equipment to ensure a safe working environment, requiring proven experience as a CNC Turner Setter/Programmer with strong Fanuc controls knowledge and experience with sliding head and/or fixed head lathes, the ability to read and interpret technical drawings, and strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with desirable qualifications including precision engineering or subcontract machining experience and a basic understanding of ISO quality standards; this is a full-time permanent day-shift role with a salary up to £22 per hour, so join our team and seize this opportunity.
