Bar Team Member

Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a Bar Staff member, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our patrons while creating a welcoming atmosphere. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations to enhance their experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management, including ordering supplies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a balanced till.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of drink preparation techniques and cocktail recipes is advantageous.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• A keen eye for detail to ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Previous experience in a bar or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
