Job Title: Night Shift CNC Machine Operator
Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Position Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Night Shift CNC Machine Operator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, production-driven environment, and has a passion for precision and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor CNC machines to ensure smooth production processes.
- Work efficiently to meet and exceed set production targets.
- Demonstrate a keen eye for detail and ensure high accuracy in all tasks.
- Complete engineering job packs and follow all outlined quality control processes.
- Use various gauging equipment to measure and confirm product specifications.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Previous experience operating CNC machines (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working night shifts and meeting performance targets.
- Familiarity with using gauging equipment is a plus.

Pay: £12.60-£13.60 per hour
