Responsibilities
- Manage and organise office tasks, including scheduling appointments and meetings
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Maintain accurate records through data entry and clerical duties
- Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using Software as needed
- Provide administrative support to team members, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently
- Maintain an organised filing system for easy access to important documents
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow
Requirements
- Previous office experience is essential, with a background in administrative roles preferred
- Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail in data entry tasks
- Experience with QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory
- Demonstrated clerical experience, showcasing an ability to maintain accurate records and files
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on professional phone etiquette
