If you love climbing, are able to confidently lead climb indoors at grade 6a and are keen to share that passion with others, get in touch!
We are recruiting Instructors for evenings & weekends shifts. If you naturally inspire others and have a warm, energetic personality you will fit right in. Don't worry if you don't hold any qualifications as we will put you through on-site training.
With potential of working within our other Activity Centres its never a dull day. From Climbing Plastic to Climbing rock to Disc Golf and Axe Throwing.
- Inspiring kids through delivering the National Indoor Climbing Award Scheme (NICAS)
- Enthusiastically and safely deliver various climbing sessions for all ages and abilities, including adult courses for beginners and improvers, kids clubs, parties and other group sessions / programs
- when required help out at our other sites
- Helping customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Working on reception, taking bookings, phone calls, & shop.
- Selling services and products offered
- Warm, energetic personalities
- 2 years climbing experience, including indoor lead climbing at grade 6a
- Weekend availability is essential
- Desirable Mountain Training Qualification (CWI, CWDI, RCI, RCDI)

Pay: From £12.27 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 32 per week
