About the Role:

• Serve as a single point of contact with assigned clients.
• Coordinate with clients on execution of their respective projects.
• Keep clients updated on the status of their projects and ensure that expectations are adequately managed with them.
• Work with the internal operations teams to answer any project related questions and escalate any questions/situations to the client as and when necessary.
• Serve as an internal client for all the operations teams.
• Schedule and coordinate client & expert calls.
• Ensure quality of the submissions from the operations team and perform quality check on the experts before sharing with clients.
• Devise and implement strategies to grow critical accounts with the existing clients.
• Develop a deep understanding of the overall competitive landscape for IDR in the industries that we operate in.
• Ensure that internal & internal data records are updated as per predefined standards.
• Comply with the principles and policies in the information security policies where relevant to the job.

Experience:

• Fresh or 1 years of experience in client services, account management or project management.
