What You'll Do

Lead Clients & Teams

· Own relationships with senior stakeholders—clients, marketing leads, and procurement teams

· Manage and mentor a Client Manager, supporting their growth and performance

· Represent the agency with credibility, energy, and confidence

Drive Growth

· Lead organic growth initiatives and identify new opportunities within client accounts

· Set and monitor commercial targets, reporting regularly on profitability

· Champion results-driven strategy and performance across all workstreams

Shape Strategy & Creative

· Collaborate with strategy and channel experts to shape briefs that solve real business problems

· Develop integrated comms strategies across creative and performance marketing

· Lead presentations, facilitate workshops, and host Quarterly Business Reviews with impact

Own Delivery & Commercials

· Negotiate contracts and fees with senior stakeholders

· Monitor performance, budgets, reporting and project outcomes

· Keep internal systems (CRM, project tools) accurate and up to date

Inspire Culture & Inclusion

· Champion the agency’s culture of excellence and their B Corp commitment

· Promote inclusion and psychological safety through active listening, empathy and action

· Lead by example: open, honest, kind, accountable

You’ll Be Working With…

Internal: Client strategy, delivery, ops, creative and performance teams, HR, senior leadership & board

External: Client-side marketers, brand teams, procurement, other agencies, freelancers, suppliers

What You Bring

✅ 7+ years of agency-side client services or strategy experience
✅ Proven ability to grow accounts and build deep client relationships
✅ Strong commercial acumen and confidence with contracts and negotiation
✅ Comfortable presenting, selling, and leading at senior level
✅ Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills
✅ Passion for brand, comms and performance marketing
