Hours: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week

Location: Farringdon, London EC1R 3AU (Hybrid – 3days office)


Looking to kick-start your commercial career with a global business? We’re hiring a Global Client Engagement Coordinator to join our Growth Team. An entry-level role designed for someone smart, curious, detail oriented and ready to get stuck into high-value client work. You’ll be working alongside the senior team, contributing to strategic client relationships, supporting commercial activity, and helping drive global account success.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting the development and execution of strategic account plans for enterprise clients
  • Supporting building polished, insightful decks and presentations that land with impact
  • Collaborating across commercial, client facing and operational teams to align on client priorities
  • Tracking client performance, spotting opportunities, and raising risks early
  • Getting stuck into RFPs, renewals, and pitches
  • Keeping tabs on market trends, competitors, and client business movements
  • Pulling together multi-source data, teasing out insights, and translating them into compelling narratives- supporting in generating useable insights to drive client success

Skills & Experience You’ll Bring

  • Some early experience in commercial, client-facing, or B2B roles (ideally from a grad scheme, internship, or first job)
  • Solid grasp of Excel/Google Sheets (pivots, formulas, data tidy-up)
  • PowerPoint/Slides. You know how to structure the narrative and design presentation slides (think structure and impact)
  • Clear communicator – written and verbal, internal and client-facing
  • Organised and detail-oriented – able to manage multiple moving parts, deadlines, and people without dropping balls. This is critical.
  • Commercial mindset and an eye for detail
  • High energy for hard work and lots of learnings
  • Bonus Points: AI tools, CRM platforms, or a degree in Business/Economics/Marketing/International Relations or related
