Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. Duties
- Supervise other cleaning operatives.
- Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including offices, toilets, and communal spaces.
- Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure effective cleaning.
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, windows, and surfaces by dusting, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Interact with clients and staff in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any concerns they may have.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Speak in English is essential for effective communication with clients and team members.
- Previous experience as cleaning supervisor role is an advantage.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate clear interactions with colleagues and clients.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks are crucial for success in this role.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.21-£14.50 per hour
