We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are presentable and welcoming. Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks in designated areas, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitising surfaces.
- Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and efficiently.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient completion of tasks.

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to cleaning tasks.
- Reliability and punctuality in attendance and performance of duties.
- Able to direct and coach your team of cleaners
