About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaning Supervisor to join our team in a busy environment. This is a hands-on role that involves supervising a team and carrying out cleaning duties to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across internal and external public areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of cleaning operatives.
- Carry out cleaning tasks across designated areas, including internal and external public spaces.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety are consistently maintained.
- Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies and report requirements.
- Support training and development of team members.
- Maintain excellent customer service and professional conduct at all times.
Requirements
- Cleaning experience: Minimum 5 years (preferred).
- Supervisory experience: Minimum 2 years (preferred/required depending on employer’s preference).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to lead by example.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
What We Offer
- Salary: £14.44 per hour (paid every 4 weeks).
- Contracted hours: 45 per week.
