Job Opportunity: Cleaning Operative (2 Sites – Crawley & West Hoathly)

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-focused Cleaning Operative to join our friendly team, working across two sites: a local school in West Hoathly and a car park in Crawley Town Centre. This role offers variety, regular hours, and the chance to make a real difference in both a school and community setting.
Your Responsibilities
West Hoathly School (Evenings)
- General cleaning (vacuuming, mopping, dusting, polishing).
- Ensuring restrooms and communal areas are hygienic.
- Helping maintain a safe, welcoming environment for students and staff.
- £12.21 per hour
- 39 Weeks per year (school term time only)
Crawley Town Centre Car Parks (Mornings)
- Cleaning and litter picking across car park facilities.
- Ensuring a clean and safe environment for all users.
- £12.60 per hour
- Year round position
What We Offer
- Pay: £12.21 – £12.60 per hour.
- Hours:
- 6.30am – 10.30am (Crawley car parks)
- 5.00pm – 8.00pm (West Hoathly school, term-time only)
(20 hrs per week in Crawley + 15 hrs per week in West Hoathly)
- Free transport provided daily from Crawley to West Hoathly (pick-up around 4pm and return to Crawley at the end of the shift).
- Full training provided – however previous cleaning experience would be beneficial.
- Corporate uniform & PPE provided.
- Ongoing support and a welcoming team.
