Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Operative to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within our clients premises. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
- Clean and sanitise bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly.
- Empty and replenish bins.
- Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs, light switches, and handles.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stored.
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the supervisor promptly.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Attend training sessions to stay informed about proper cleaning techniques and procedures.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve overall cleanliness goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Requirements:
- Weekend availability is imperative.
- Ability to work flexible hours if required.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
Days and time:
- Monday to Friday
- 9am to 11am
