We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are spotless and welcoming. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas.
- Dispose of waste and recycling appropriately.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stored correctly.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to client requests in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met.
Experience
- Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential.
- A valid driving licence is advantageous for roles requiring travel between locations.
- Proficiency in English is necessary for effective communication with clients and team members.
- Strong customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for all clients.
