Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team at Total Facility Solutions in the UK. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various facilities, contributing significantly to our commitment to excellence in service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness
- Maintain cleanliness of washrooms and common areas
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards
- Follow health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks
- Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively
- Assist with special cleaning projects as required
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in a cleaning role is preferred
- Strong command of the English language
- Excellent customer service skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment is an advantage
