Hard working Cleaning Operatives needed to perform a range of duties, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc…
The Cleaning Operative must also be able to represent the company at a high standard and be responsible. They must act as the face and the voice of the company, and create a positive and professional impression on the clients and the public. They must also be responsible for their own actions and decisions, and take ownership of their work.
They must also be accountable for the quality and the outcome of their cleaning services, and ensure they meet the expectations and requirements of the clients and the company. They must also be able to handle feedback, complaints.
