Job Summary
I am seeking a dedicated and reliable cleaning operative, for a holiday park in Groomsport. The ideal candidate will be responsible for carrying out changeovers for some of the holiday homes, each Friday morning. Also, the sales vans shall need to be cleaned and maintained once per month. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Duties
- Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including mobile homes, laundry room, sales office, staff kitchen, and communal spaces.
- Dust, mop, vacuum, and sanitise surfaces to maintain a clean environment.
- Carryout mobile home changeovers, as required, i.e. bedlinen and towels
- Ensure that cleaning supplies are stocked and report any maintenance issues to management.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
- Display a professional and driven attitude at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a commercial cleaning role is highly essential.
- Valid driving licence is required for logistical purposes.
- Proficient in English with strong communication skills to interact with clients effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 3 – 10 per week
