Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team at Longhurst’s Laundry & Cleaning. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene for our clients' homes and businesses, contributing to our reputation for quality service in the local community.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning tasks in residential and commercial properties.
- Ensure all areas are cleaned to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs.
- Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within scheduled hours.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards encountered during cleaning.
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning or housekeeping roles is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication skills in English to interact with clients and team members.
- A valid driver's license is an advantage for travel between job sites.
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction.
