We are looking for an efficient and organised claims executive to join our growing personal injury department.
PREVIOUS CLAIMS HANDLING EXPERIENCE IS NOT ESSENTIAL BUT WILL ATTRACT A HIGHER SALARY.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the management of personal injury claims from initial enquiry to resolution
- Liaising with clients, insurers, and other professionals via phone and email
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Preparing and managing legal documents and correspondence
- Supporting solicitors with day-to-day casework
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Punctual, professional, and highly organised
- Excellent phone manner and communication skills
- A willingness to learn and adapt
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Previous experience in a legal or administrative role is advantageous but not essential
- Bonus - Have experience in dealing with claims under CPAP, from inception to settlement.
The role within this growing team will be to manage your own caseload and support fee earners.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
