Overview
The incumbent will have responsibility for handling property & casualty claims for an assigned portfolio of client accounts. Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to (a) effectively handling the processing of property & casualty claims; (b) effectively negotiating settlements for clients to reach a fair resolution; (c) liaising with clients, insurers and other relevant third parties to expedite and bring closure to claims matters; (d) preparing and updating claims status reports; and (e) providing claims experience data as required.

About you
- Professional certification in insurance or claims management (e.g. CIP, CII, BDI)
- At least 3 years’ insurance claims experience
