We are an extremely busy multidisciplinary, patient-centric chiropractic clinic in the heart of Fife. We pride ourselves in taking care of people and have been and will continue to offer nothing less than gold standard care to our patients.
We are currently looking for a professional, warm, dynamic and adaptable person to play a key role in our close-knit supportive team. Our onsite facilities complement and support our expanding health speciality and we are market leaders in functional health.
Duties will include:
- Organisation & management of company meetings including preparation, documentation, minutes & actions
- Booking travel & accommodation
- Processing expenses, cash banking & reconciling company credit cards
- Monitoring staff holiday entitlement and sickness/absences
- Maintaining patient files
- Facility Management including maintenance organisation
- Front Desk duties including answering telephone enquiries, scheduling appointments and greeting patients
- Maintaining Stock levels and product ordering
- Posting information and updating Social Media
- Various other ad-hoc admin & office duties as directed
Skills and Experience should include:
- Extensive previous experience within an Office Management or PA role carrying out duties in line with the above
- Previous experience of Accounting
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise a varied & sometimes very busy workload effectively
- Complete confidentiality in your work, as this role will involve dealing with sensitive & personal information
- Solid IT skills including the use of Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint
