Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist to join our well established and busy Chiropractic Clinic. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting the practice by ensuring a welcoming environment for all patients, performing a wide range of administrative tasks, assisting patients, preparing treatment rooms, managing patient flow and supporting the practitioners .
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients as they arrive at the clinic, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.
- Maintain patient records, including updating patient details on the practice software and scheduling appointments.
- Assist chiropractors before and after patient examinations and treatments, ensuring all necessary equipment is prepared and available.
- Manage inventory of supplies and equipment, ensuring the clinic is well-stocked and organised.
- Perform administrative duties such as answering phone calls, managing correspondence, and processing payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of treatment areas and reception to provide a safe environment for patients.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in using office software and electronic health record systems is advantageous.
