Children's Senior Support Worker
Location: Runcorn
Pay: £14-£15 per hour plus £30 per sleep in
Shift pattern: 1 on 2 off basis including sleep ins

What You’ll Do
As a Residential Support Worker you will support young people with their daily routines; Getting them ready for school, prepping for meal times and planning activities.
Create a warm, homely environment by helping with light housekeeping.
Build strong, meaningful relationships and provide emotional support.
Plan and join fun activities like trips to the park, popcorn & movie nights or creative projects.
Keep essential records to ensure the best possible care.

Our cottage has a homely feel and a beautiful garden that our children are bringing to life more and more each week. We have two wonderful young people living in our home, who make us proud every day. Caring for our two children you will never be short of a laugh or good conversation; they are two kind boys with goals for their future and growing in to fantastic young men.
Our team work together as a family, we understand and recognise that supporting each other and working together helps to make our house a home. We have a strong caring team that offer enthusiasm and consistency to our home that is valued by all.
