Location: Rose House, Walsall
Salary: £25,396 - £27,040
Sleep ins paid additionally - £50.00 per sleep in
Salary including 6 sleeps - £29,600 - £30,640
Hours: Full-time, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
2 on 4 off rota pattern. Shifts are 8am-11pm and include sleeping in from 11pm to 8am.

What you'll do
- Build trusting, therapeutic relationships with children aged 8-18.
- Support with daily routines, care, education, and emotional well-being.
- Help children feel safe, valued, and heard, especially during difficult moments.
- Promote independence, life skills, and fun through play, trips, learning, and creative activities.
- Act as a key worker, supporting children's individual plans, attending meetings, and advocating their needs.
- Work flexibly as part of a close-knit team in a warm and welcoming home.
