Job Description: Childminding Assistant at Storer's Tiney Home Nursery Location: Askern Start Date: September Application Deadline: 30.06.2025 Contract Type: Part-time Starting Salary: Minimum wage About Us: Storer's Tiney Home Nursery provides a nurturing, home from home learning environment for children from 9 months. We focus on creating a joyful and enriching learning experience for every child in our care. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in child-initiated and adult-planned activities with children. - Actively engage in planning exciting activities and trips. - Assist with personal care, including changing nappies and toileting needs. - Help with general tasks such as tidying up and cleaning after meals. - Support school drop-offs and collections. - Maintain children's learning journals (training provided). - Complete any necessary training. - Always adhere to all policies and procedures. Required Skills: - Must be 18 years or older. - Commitment to the demands of the role is imperative. - Reliable, patient, and positive attitude. - Good communication skills. - Ability to use your own initiative and be proactive. - Great team player and trustworthy. - Experience is a bonus, but not essential. - Driving is a bonus, but not essential. - Must be flexible.
