Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate Cheerleading Coach to join our team and lead our cheer squad to success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports coaching and a desire to educate and inspire young athletes. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement cheerleading routines, stunts, and choreography - Provide guidance and instruction on proper cheerleading techniques - Motivate and inspire team members to perform at their best - Organise and oversee team practices, games, and competitions - Ensure the safety of all team members during practices and performances - Collaborate with other coaches and staff to coordinate team activities - Foster a positive and inclusive team environment Requirements: - Previous experience in cheerleading or sports coaching - Strong knowledge of cheerleading techniques, stunts, and routines - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to motivate and inspire athletes of all skill levels - Passion for working with young athletes and helping them reach their full potential - Qualifications in sports coaching or relevant field would be advantageous Join us in creating a vibrant cheerleading programme that promotes teamwork, skill development, and a love for the sport!
