The Certification Administrator is responsible for processing and verifying course paperwork for all training delivered across all product types by our 160 Instructors throughout the United Kingdom.
Working as part of a team of three and reporting to the Administration and Certification Manager, this role requires exceptional attention to detail, accurate data entry and verification, and strong problem-solving skills. Consistently maintaining 100% accuracy and upholding the highest standards of verification is essential.
Compliance-assured training is a core part of our business offering, and our customers place significant trust in the quality of our training. As such, the certification department performs the final quality check before a certificate of training is issued.
All team members are expected to adhere to the company’s processing guidelines, as well as the requirements set by the relevant accrediting bodies.
Key Role Responsibilities -
Compliance Assurance
- Process and verify all course results in line with accrediting body requirements
- Identify and resolve any course results that do not meet accrediting body standards
- Maintain accurate records within the Dynamics database
- Process courses in accordance with established course processing procedures
Service Level Agreement
- Accurately process and verify over 300 training records daily
- Ensure 100% data accuracy to maintain the integrity of the Dynamics system
- Submit training records to the relevant accrediting body on a daily basis
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the department consistently meets the 95% processing target from course completion.
Customer Service
- Provide accurate and helpful support for all customer certificate queries, whether via telephone or the department's group email.
Internal Team Support
- Collaborate effectively with internal departments to resolve queries related to live or completed courses
- Work closely with colleagues to achieve departmental goals and performance targets
