Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Cashier / Sales Assistant to join our forecourt team. You will be the face of our brand — greeting customers, handling transactions, stocking shelves, and ensuring our site remains clean and safe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Operate the till and handle cash/card transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of the shop floor, forecourt, and customer areas
- Replenish stock and ensure shelves are fully stocked and faced up
- Promote offers and upsell products when appropriate
- Follow all health, safety, and age-restricted sales policies (Challenge 25, etc.)
- Assist with deliveries and stock rotation
- Report any safety or security concerns to the Site Manager
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous retail or customer service experience (preferred, but not essential)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a small team
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
- Right to work in the UK
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £24,420.00-£46,018.61 per year
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
