Join Our Team as a School Crossing Patrol Warden!
Are you looking for a rewarding role that allows you to make a difference in your community?
We are seeking an enthusiastic and responsible School Crossing Patrol Warden to serve Aughton Junior Academy, Turnshaw Avenue, Aughton, Sheffield, S26 3XQ.
Operating on Main Street, Turnshaw Avenue.
5 hours 25 minutes per week.
Session Times: 08:30 to 09:00 and 14:55 to 15:30.
Permanent, Term-Time Only, Monday to Friday, 44.8 weeks per year.
As a vital part of our commitment to ensuring the safety of children, you will be on the front line, helping young students navigate busy roads, ensuring they arrive at school safely and can return home without worry.
In this role, you’ll enjoy flexible hours, working during school term times, and become an integral figure in fostering a safe environment for children. Your presence will not only safeguard their journey but also engage with their families, creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for the school community. Training will be provided, giving you the skills and confidence to manage traffic and communicate effectively with children and drivers alike.
