The Royal Naval Benevolent Trust is a Royal Navy & Royal Marines charity that gives help, in cases of need, to serving and former Royal Naval ratings and Royal Marines other ranks. We also help their partners, children and some others connected with them. Admiral Jellicoe House is a purpose-built 66 bed care home in Portsmouth for veterans and spouses of the Royal Navy and Royal Marines which opened in June 2022. Our residents and staff enjoy a varied yet familiar way of life to encourage independence and give each day meaning and purpose.

We have a very different approach to delivering care and are now recruiting for Night Carers to join our team.
We are one family; we wear our own clothes and recognise the contribution that every single one of our team can make.
Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Offering support and companionship to our residents
- Providing personal care
- Supporting mealtimes and ensuring our residents enjoy a nutritious, balanced diet
- Liaising with relatives and enhancing the quality of life of our residents
- Administering medication
- Working effectively within a team
