We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader in Folkestone. This is a fulfilling role with a lot of variety where you can really make a difference. You will work alongside the management team and be responsible for ensuring all the people in our care receive a person-centred service aligned to our values and commitment to putting the people we support at the centre of everything we do.

The location:
Sandgate Manor, our well-established residential service in Sandgate, Folkestone where we support people with physical and learning disabilities.
The Person:
You have experience leading a team of care assistants in a residential care setting. You have written care plans, organised rotas, as well as administering and dispensing medication.
You will be looking for
