We're currently seekingcompassionate and dedicated Night Care Practitionersto join our team. Whether you're experienced or just starting out, if you have a caring nature and a desire to make a difference, we'd love to hear from you.
As a Care Practitioner at our home, your role may include:
Provide personal care and support with dignity and respect
Offer emotional reassurance and companionship during quiet hours
Monitor residents' wellbeing and respond to overnight needs
Maintain a clean, safe, and calm environment
Work closely with the night team to ensure continuity of care

A warm, caring personality and a commitment to quality care
Previous care experience is a plus, but not essential – full training provided
