Now, with demand continuing to rise, we're expanding our Care Coordinator team at our brand-new Thame office.
This is not your average desk job it's a fast-paced, highly pressured role where you'll be right at the centre of operations. If you thrive on juggling multiple priorities, staying calm when the pressure is on, and finding solutions in the moment, this could be the role for you!
What you'll bring:
- Previous experience in the care sector (Care Coordinator experience is helpful but not essential).
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- The ability to remain composed and professional in high-pressure situations.
- A flexible, dynamic, can-do attitude with a strong work ethic.
- The confidence to work both independently and as part of a close-knit, supportive team.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a busy environment.
Working hours:
- 37.5 hours per week office based (Thame)
- Monday to Friday, 9am 5:30pm
- Participation in the on-call rota (1 week in 8)

What you'll be doing:
- Co-ordinating and scheduling around 14,000 hours of care each week, ensuring clients receive seamless support in their own homes
- Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to both clients and care workers
- Reacting quickly to last-minute changes, emergencies, and staffing challenges
- Keeping your Team Leader fully updated on any critical issues
- Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, with a sharp eye on safeguarding, continuity of care, and regulatory standards
- Communicating clearly and compassionately, even when conversations are challenging or sensitive
- Thinking on your feet, solving problems fast, and helping the team deliver under pressure
- Competently represent the company and maintain/develop positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
