We’re looking for an experienced Care Coordinator to join our growing team in Epsom. This is a pivotal role where you’ll ensure our clients receive the highest standards of care, while supporting and motivating our fantastic care professionals.
This is a dual role – primarily office-based scheduling and coordination, with occasional care visits when needed to maintain smooth service delivery.
What you’ll do
- Create and manage weekly rotas, ensuring care is delivered on time and to standard
- Carry out regular care visits, including evenings and weekends when required
- Handle day-to-day problem solving, responding quickly to challenges
- Manage staff absences and adjust schedules where needed
- Support with training and induction of new team members
- Maintain strong communication with clients, families, and professionals

What we offer
- £25,000 – £28,000 per year (depending on experience)
- 37.5 – 40 hours per week
