We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will provide essential support to individuals in need, helping them with daily tasks and promoting their overall well-being. `Responsibilities`
- Assist Residents with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Help with meal preparation and feeding
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with medication administration
- Care planning and reviewing.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry and tidying up
- Escort clients to appointments or social outings
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the supervisor
- Maintain accurate records of care provided
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not essential for exceptional candidates.
- Compassionate and patient
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Reliable transportation to travel to client's homes
