We’re looking for a Live In Care Professional to join our brilliant team in Reading to provide quality care to people in their homes. As a GoodOaks carer, you’d make a huge difference to the quality of our clients’ lives, having enough time to go the extra mile.

What will you do?
· Provide compassionate and personalised care to individuals in need at their own home.
· Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
· Administer medications as per the chart.
· Provide emotional support and companionship to clients.
· Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as meal preparation and laundry.
· Accompany clients to appointments and outings as needed.
· Maintain accurate records of care provided.
Who are you?
· You have previous experience in caregiving or a related field
· Strong communicator and the ability to build rapport with clients, their family and friends
· Compassionate and patient nature.
· Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
· Ideally you have a valid driver's license and car (for running errands) but it’s not essential.
· You’re willing to undertake a DBS check to work with vulnerable adults
· You already have the right to work in the UK and don’t require sponsorship.

What do we offer?
· Full time (12 hour shifts) with regular days off
· Competitive rates of pay from £700 per week & company pension
- Travel expenses provided up to £60 per return journey for placements
- Optional On-Call System paying £250 per week on your week off
