As a Care Assistant, you will be working in a team to provide the highest standard of person-centred care and support, whilst treating people with kindness, dignity and respect. The shifts can vary and no shift is the same. Your responsibilities on shift are to prioritise the Service Users' needs and support, following the person-centred care plan and assessment.
