Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Car Wash Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring that vehicles are cleaned to the highest standards. You will play a crucial part in enhancing the customer experience and maintaining the overall appearance of our car wash facility.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their car wash needs.
- Operate car wash equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, including exterior washing, waxing, and interior vacuuming.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are well-maintained and stocked.
- Provide information about car wash services and promotions to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, including the washing area and waiting area for customers.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- A valid driving licence is required to operate customer vehicles safely.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently.
- Attention to detail to ensure high-quality cleaning standards are met.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions as required.
