Summary
We are seeking a Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team at Hammond Cars Ltd. This role is based across our retail locations and is essential to delivering an exceptional customer experience. As a Sales Advisor, you will guide customers through the buying process, ensuring they feel confident and satisfied with their choices.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored vehicle recommendations.
- Guide customers through the entire car buying process, from initial inquiry to final sale.
- Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and increase sales revenue.
- Maintain an organized sales environment, ensuring all vehicles are presented attractively.
- Manage customer inquiries via phone and in-person with professionalism and courtesy.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in automotive retail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
- Experience with sales management software is advantageous but not essential.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for enhancing customer interactions.
