The Role
Join our dynamic team as a seasoned Global Campaign Manager, where your expertise will play a crucial role in steering the planning, execution, and optimization of multifaceted marketing campaigns. In this key position, you will significantly enhance global brand visibility, drive lead generation, and boost customer engagement through innovative campaign strategies. Collaborating closely with regional marketing teams, creative talent, product specialists, and sales, you will ensure that our campaigns not only succeed but also align seamlessly with our business goals.
Kindly note that this is a 6-month Fixed Term contract.
As our Campaign Manager your key responsibilities include:
- Develop and lead the end-to-end strategy for global marketing campaigns, including campaign goals, messaging, targeting, channels and performance metrics.
- Manage campaign execution across multiple platforms (digital, social, CRM, website, paid media, partners and other channels) and regions to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Oversee the creation of campaign assets (video, emails, landing pages, ads etc).
- Collaborate with web and content teams to develop and optimise campaign specific landing pages and website experiences that align with the campaign goals and drive conversion. Ensure alignment with SEO best practices and regional needs.
- Work closely with regional marketing managers to localise campaigns while maintaining brand consistency, adapt strategies and ensure relevance across diverse regions and cultural contexts.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, working closely with the Performance Marketing team to do so. Deliver actionable insights and optimisation recommendations.
- Work closely with product, content, creative and sales to develop compelling assets and integrated campaign experiences.
- Manage agency and vendor relationships.
- Stay ahead of marketing trends, competitor insights, tools and best practices to drive innovation.
About you
- 5+ years’ experience in marketing campaign management, preferably in a global or multi market environment
- Proven track record of successful multi-channel campaign execution and performance optimisation
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Ability to break down complex concepts so that they are clear, concise and resonate
- Data driven approach to work and decision making
- Strong stakeholder management and process orientated
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
- Experience in financial services and regulated environments is a plus
- Experience writing for a variety of audiences and markets
