About the Role:

As a vital part of our call centre team, you'll be the friendly voice connecting people to brands they trust. You won’t be pushing products or stuck on repeat scripts – you’ll be helping real people, answering real questions, and working with a close-knit team that genuinely supports each other.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Represent well-known brands and organisations in a professional, positive manner
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage with customers and provide accurate information
- Build rapport with clients and ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction
- Work across various campaigns – from customer support to awareness drives
- Accurately record and update call information and follow compliance procedures
- Contribute to a high-energy, results-driven call centre environment
