We’re looking for a friendly and energetic Cafe Team member to join our team at Crafts & Things, a busy and welcoming café and gift shop. If you enjoy great coffee, good chat, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
- Serve customers with a warm and professional manner
- Prepare coffee and hot drinks & baked goods to a high standard
- Keep the front counter clean, tidy, and well-stocked
- Work efficiently during busy periods with a calm and positive attitude
- Occasionally assist the kitchen team assembling light meals and plates
What We're Looking For:
- Barista experience is a strong plus (but not essential)
- Comfortable in a fast-paced café setting
- A team player with a hands-on attitude
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Able to work weekend on a rotational basis
